Workflow Instructions

Creating a Filtered Patient Roster

  1. Open Elation EHR and navigate to the Reports section.
  2. Select the Patient List report.
  3. Click on the Generate List button to produce a comprehensive patient list for your practice.
  4. Download the list by clicking the Download button in the upper-middle part of the page.
  5. Open the downloaded file in Excel or another spreadsheet application.
  6. Use the spreadsheet’s filtering tools to sort by the “Insurance” column, narrowing your patient list to those associated with a specific payer.
