Selecting ACH as the payment method
If you’re unable to find your bank or are unable to complete the log-in workflow above, you can use the manual entry method.
With this option, you’ll type in your account and routing numbers. Afterwards, you’ll receive an email from Stripe with mandatory instructions around micro-deposits. Until you complete the mandatory steps from the email, your payment to your Elation provider will not be considered complete.
Because of the extra steps and potential delays involved with the manual workflow, we advise using the main “log-in workflow”.
What practices see during ACH processing
When a membership subscription is charged via ACH, the Membership Report and patient chart badge will reflect the payment state:A membership showing ACH Processing is not past due. No action is needed while the payment is settling.
