What’s New?

Elation Health is excited to announce our latest updates designed to enhance your experience with our EHR, Billing and Developer Platform services. All of our releases focus on reducing documentation burden, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency. Here’s what’s new:

Elation EHR Updates

A Central Place for Product Updates

You can find all the latest Elation product updates in one easy-to-access location—right inside your workflow. We know in-app messages and pop-ups don’t always come at the right time. That’s why we’ve added a permanent Resource Center, where you can catch up on new features and enhancements whenever it works for you. This means fewer interruptions and more control—so you can stay informed, adopt new tools at your own pace, and get the most out of Elation.

Simplify Prior Authorizations from the Start

Prior authorizations have long been a source of delays and admin burden. Elation’s new electronic prior authorization (ePA) streamlines the process—letting clinicians initiate PAs directly from the Prescription Form and manage all activity in a centralized Worklist. By reducing turnaround times and eliminating the need for faxes, portals, and spreadsheets, ePA helps practices move faster, stay organized, and focus more on patient care. For more information, check out the Prescription Guide! The new Magic Table gives you a smarter, more intuitive way to review labs and vitals—right in the patient chart. It organizes data chronologically from left to right, shows the most recent values next to clear labels, and includes helpful features like units, quick search, and visual consistency across the record. You can quickly spot trends, track changes over time, and make faster clinical decisions without hunting through cluttered lists or raw numbers. It’s designed to reduce mental effort, improve onboarding, and lay the groundwork for powerful AI features—helping you interpret complex data with less friction and more confidence. New Bidirectional Lab Integrations

The following bidirectional lab integrations are now available:
  • Millennium Health - a national specialty lab that supports clinicians in all states with drug testing services to monitor prescription use, illicit substance exposure, and treatment effectiveness.
Bidirectional lab interfaces enable eOrdering in addition to eResults, ensuring efficiency and accuracy when placing lab orders and reducing administrative burden and paperwork for your practice. Elation is thrilled to offer these integrations at no additional cost to its valued customers. Click here for more information.

Improved Subscription Access for Admin Users

This new feature streamlines access to billing and payment information for admin users. A direct link to Recurly will now appear on the Manage Users page, provided a valid Recurly link exists for the practice in Salesforce. This enhancement allows admin users to:
  • View invoices
  • Manage payment methods
  • Update billing contacts

Elation Billing Updates

Enhanced Denials Reporting

Gain insights on your denied claims with Denial Reporting features in Elation Billing. New Lightning Insight reports slice denial data by reason code, payer, and more while drill-down capabilities help you work denials more easily. If more customized analysis is needed, no problem! A new Lightning Report lets you download a full list of denied claims for further review. Check out our Denial Reporting article for more information.
