What is the ImmTrac2 Immunization Registry Interface?
The ImmTrac2 Immunization Registry Interface allows connected practices to send vaccination information from their Elation EHR directly to ImmTrac2, the Texas State Immunization Registry. Practices can also query ImmTrac2 for vaccination history or forecast.Why is the ImmTrac2 Immunization Registry Interface valuable?
With the ImmTrac2 Immunization Registry Interface, practices no longer need to separately log in to ImmTrac2 to enter vaccination records for their patients. Once the vaccination is recorded in Elation during the patient encounter, the information can be sent immediately from the patient’s chart in Elation to ImmTrac2. You can also pull vaccination history for specific patients from ImmTrac2 to allow you to populate your patient’s clinical profile and make informed decisions for administering vaccines. This interface saves you time and allows you to streamline your vaccination workflows.How to establish interface between Elation & ImmTrac2
The Elation Team will assist you with initiating interface with ImmTrac2. To notify us of your interest, please fill out this Registration of Intent Form for ImmTrac2 and then click here to fill out our contact form. Select “Immunization Registry” as the Request Type, and send the following information to Elation. Afterwards a member of the Elation Team will collect the completed Intent form from you.- What is your Texas IIS ID?

- Do you have an ImmTrac2 login? You must have one in order to utilize the interface. Please register for one here if needed.
How to submit vaccination data to ImmTrac2 using Elation
You will use the Vaccine Form in the patient’s chart to document the vaccination data and submit it the data to ImmTrac2. Learn more about how to use the Vaccine Form using the Vaccination Documentation Guide .Vaccination consent is not submitted with the Texas vaccination submissions. You must have patients sign the Texas ImmTrac-specific consent form for records and manually update the consent status in ImmTrac as needed.
