Note Assist is Elation’s leading ambient scribe clinical documentation tool. It’s built right into your workflow and automatically turns your conversation with the patient into a structured, detailed visit note. Note Assist listens to your visit and generates a comprehensive visit note in a single pass immediately following the patient encounter, organizing the content just like you would.

What are the benefits of using Note Assist?

Note Assist helps you spend more time delivering personalized patient care by creating visit notes from your conversations with patients—no extra setup, software, or copying and pasting is needed. It works with Visit Note Templates and uses details from the patient’s chart, like existing patient problems, pronouns or other clinical details, to create more personalized, accurate notes. Note Assist also tracks the action items you want your patient to complete after their visit, creating a real-time checklist so you can quickly take the necessary steps to carry out those actions or orders in their Care Plan. To help you reclaim time for patient care, your Elation subscription includes 10 AI-generated Note Assist notes each month. Using your free monthly Note Assist allowance

The free AI-generated notes option will be gradually rolled out to groups of customers until it’s available to everyone.
Every provider-level user has access to create **10 AI-generated Note Assist notes per month — at no cost.**Each time you use Note Assist in a visit note, it counts toward your monthly total, whether the note is signed or deleted. Ready for more? An optional unlimited upgrade is available beyond the 10 free notes per month.
