What you can customize in the Clinical Profile
The Clinical Profile is the column in the patient’s chart that summarizes the patient’s health status—including Allergies, the Problem List, medications, and more. The set of sections and their order is fixed, but you can still control a few things:- Reordering sections (for example, moving the Problem List above Allergies) is not available. Sections are arranged to match the Visit Note Formats available in Elation.
- Hiding or removing sections you don’t use is not available—but you can collapse them (see below).
- Reordering items within a section is available. Use the 3-horizontal-line handle next to a problem or a free-text record to drag and reorder it.
Collapsing and expanding sections
You can’t hide individual sections, but you can collapse them to make the Clinical Profile more compact:- Click the Collapse button above the Allergies section to collapse all sections at once.
- Expand only the sections you want to see by clicking each section header.
