What is the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN)?

The Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN) is an aggregator of Delaware laboratories and the oldest health information exchange in the country.

What is the DHIN interface?

Elation has partnered with Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN) to bring you a unidirectional interface. Practices with a DHIN interface can receive results from 26 laboratories and diagnostic centers directly into their Elation inbox. This interface does not include the Delaware immunization registry. Set-up

If you are interested in setting up a DHIN interface for your practice, click the Contact Elation Support button to submit a request. A membership with DHIN is required, but there is no membership cost and no fee for receiving results. DHIN does have an optional upgrade for $400 to have access to search the DHIN database for results not routed to the practice (e.g. for a new patient not yet part of the practice, for results the practice was not copied on).
