Quick Start Guide Overview
MIPS participation may seem overwhelming. MIPS Eligibility
Use the QPP participation look up tool to determine if you need to report MIPS. MIPS Quality Category Ensure MIPS eCQMs are turned on as noted in this Help Center Article for turning on eCQMs and that you are tracking eCQMs as best possible. Follow workflows to close care gaps. Create a performance improvement plan to determine what needs to be tracked better over time. Understand and determine your reporting type and collection type. Does your practice have greater than 15 providers in it? If not, do nothing, you do not need to report to this category. If your practice has greater than 15 providers and plans to report the PI category, ensure you can participate by reviewing the MIPS (2026) - Promoting Interoperability Category article, checking all your integrations, and reviewing workflows for the associated measures.MIPS Improvement Activities
