Elation Note - Templates for Well Child Visits Utilized structured visit note templates in your Elation Notes for routine pediatric encounters. PEDS WCC Newborn • PEDS WCC 2–9 mos • PEDS WCC 12–30 mos • PEDS WCC 3–5 yrs • PEDS WCC 6–11 yrs • PEDS WCC 12–18 yrs	No additional configurations needed. Growth Charts Track height, weight, BMI, and head circumference over time using WHO standards (0–24 months) and CDC standards (2–20 years). Special charts are also available for pre-term infants and patients with Down Syndrome. Vitals entry supports inline auto-conversion between metric and imperial units — type in any unit format (e.g. `170 cm`, `5'10"`, `70 kg`, `14 in`) and Elation converts the value automatically. Not currently. If you’d like to administer ASQ digitally in the meantime, use the Upload PDF feature to create a Patient Form from your own ASQ materials.
