This article outlines the timeline and details of the upgrades to the Elation Note.

December 22, 2025

Added the ability to print signed or drafted Elation Notes. Print options include:
  • Billing information only.
  • A Patient Summary version - including visit summaries, vitals, procedures, care plan, follow-up, current medications and problems.
  • The entire note.
For the Bill and Patient Summary versions, you can select or deselect preset sections to customize what’s included before printing.

Expanded orders documentation by adding the following order placeholder blocks:
  • Cardiac
  • Pulmonary
  • Sleep

Updated the Reconciled Medications block to clearly distinguish between reconciled medications and prescription orders.
  • Documented medications, including New, Refill, Change and D/C, will have a Doc’d… tag to distinguish them from prescription orders.

  • Improved performance with Note Assist.
  • Streamlined The Timed Up and Go & Preventative Services blocks.
  • Added a newCare Team members reminder block.
