physician_license and provider_availability: new tables Two new tables were added to expose provider credentialing and scheduling availability data. These tables enable practices to report on multi-state licensing and provider schedule blocks. patient: vip Thevip flag was added to the patient table to reflect the VIP designation available in the EHR.
visit_note: time_with_patient and time_documenting
Two new columns were added to capture how time was spent during a visit, supporting reporting on clinical efficiency and documentation burden.
