Release Highlights
This release adds patient metadata fields to better align the HDBpatient table with the patient view in the Elation EHR.
patient: primary_care_provider_id and primary_care_provider_npi
Practices can now report directly on a patient’s assigned primary care provider without needing an additional join to the physician table. The NPI is included for interoperability use cases.
patient: pronouns
The patient’s preferred pronouns are now available in the HDB, matching the field available in the EHR.
