What are Non-Visit Note templates?
Non-Visit Note templates are reusable content structures that you can apply to a Non-Visit Note draft. Template functionality in Non-Visit Notes works similarly to Legacy Visit Note templates. Non-Visit Notes are used to document interactions that occur outside of a scheduled encounter, such as phone calls, care coordination activities, and on-call line responses. Unlike Visit Notes, Non-Visit Notes:- Do not appear as billable encounters
- Do not appear in regulatory encounter reports
