# What are the Delivery Charges for Sending Patient Statements in Elation Billing?

Elation Billing offers multiple delivery methods for patient statements, including email, text messaging, and traditional mail. Each of these methods has different cost implications.

## Charges by Delivery Method

### Email and Text Messaging

There is **no charge** for sending patient statements via email or text message. These digital delivery methods are included as part of the service.

### Mailed Statements

For mailed patient statements, a fee of **\$0.95 per statement** applies. This fee remains the same regardless of the number of pages included in the statement.
