# Refresh the Billing Software

This article explains how to perform a hard refresh in Elation Billing to resolve system errors.

## Overview

Occasionally, users may encounter a system error within Elation Billing. Running a Hard Refresh can resolve these hiccups.

## How to Refresh

### Mac OS

| Chrome  | Command + Shift + R OR Shift + Refresh Button  |
