## Workflow Instructions

### Creating a Filtered Patient Roster

1. Open **Elation EHR** and navigate to the **Reports** section.

2. Select the **Patient List** report.

3. Click on the **Generate List** button to produce a comprehensive patient list for your practice.

4. Download the list by clicking the **Download** button in the upper-middle part of the page.

5. Open the downloaded file in Excel or another spreadsheet application.

6. Use the spreadsheet's filtering tools to sort by the **Insurance** column, narrowing your patient list to those associated with a specific payer.
