# Lab Order Overview

The orders integration process is outlined here:

1. Review Elation HL7 ORM and ORU specifications.

2. Please email [partnerships@elationhealth.com](mailto:partnerships@elationhealth.com) if you are interested in interfacing with Elation. Compendium specifications will be provided.

3. Contracting is completed.

4. Compendium is uploaded to Elation.

5. Test the interface.

6. When testing is complete, work with Elation to roll out the interface to mutual customers.
