# Lab Orders

Report of all Lab Orders sent from your practice

**For reporting on but not limited to:**

* Lab orders sent from you practice including the diagnosis code(s)
* What labs an order was sent to
* Count of how many orders were sent to specific labs
* How orders are being sent
* What codes and test names were used in the order.
* When and how an order was created by and signed and by who
