# How often does my data refresh?

Your data refreshes once a day either at 1am PT or 5am PT. The data you are currently viewing will be from yesterdays actions in the EHR.

Please reach out to [Elation Support Portal](/articles/support-portal-introduction) if you would like to inquire about changing your refresh times. We currently only offer 1am PT or 5am PT.
