## Release Highlights

**physician\_license and provider\_availability: new tables**

Two new tables were added to expose provider credentialing and scheduling availability data. These tables enable practices to report on multi-state licensing and provider schedule blocks.

**patient: vip**

The `vip` flag was added to the `patient` table to reflect the VIP designation available in the EHR.

**visit\_note: time\_with\_patient and time\_documenting**

Two new columns were added to capture how time was spent during a visit, supporting reporting on clinical efficiency and documentation burden.
