## Release Highlights

**medication\_rxnorm: is\_deleted**

The `is_deleted` flag was added to allow filtering out deleted medications and to explain why some duplicate records may appear.

**patient: sexual\_orientation, sex, and gender\_identity values updated**

The valid values for `sexual_orientation`, `sex`, and `gender_identity` were updated to match the current options available in the EHR.

**appointment: in\_person\_or\_virtual and instructions**

Two new columns were added to distinguish appointment modality and capture provider-facing appointment instructions.
