## Managing patient requests

### How do I fill out a form brought in by a patient?

To fill out a form brought in by a patient, follow these steps:

## Scheduling

### How can I tell which staff member scheduled a patient appointment?

Follow these steps to see which staff member schedule a patient appointment:

1. Click on the colored area of the appointment.
2. Click **Edit**.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the appointment details box until you get to the **Activity Log** section.
4. Look for the text **Scheduled by...** to see which staff member scheduled the appointment.

### How do I block my schedule for a 1 week vacation?

To block your schedule for a vacation:

1. Click the **+ Appointment** button at the top of your calendar.
2. Click **Other Event**.
3. Enter an **Event title** such as **Vacation**.
4. Enter the start date of your vacation in the **Date** field.
5. Select the **Start Time** and **End Time** that corresponds with your business hours.
6. Click the **Recurrence** box and select **Weekly**.
7. Select the days of the week that your business is open.
8. Enter the end date of your vacation in the **Ends** field.
9. Click **Create Event**.
10. You should now see that your Calendar is blocked off during the days and hours you are on vacation.
