# Questions of the Month - August 2024

> This article houses the most frequently asked questions from Elation customers for August 2024.

Each month, Elation will compile the most frequently asked questions from Elation customers through our different customer interactions and Office Hours and share the questions and answers with our customers. We hope to broaden our customers' knowledge of our amazing features and share best practice workflows.

## Charting

### How can I see the Clinical Profile, Chronological Record and Visit Note, all in a single screen?

If your screen resolution is 1440x900 or higher (usually available for 15" widescreen monitors/screen size or larger), you will see a **halfscreen** or **fullscreen** button at the top right corner of your visit note.

* Clicking **halfscreen** to see the Clinical Profile, Chronological Record and Visit Note draft side by side on the same screen.
* Click **fullscreen** to see the Clinical Profile and Visit Note draft side by side on the same screen.

## Following up on outstanding orders

### How can I track outstanding orders and make sure the patient completed them?

You can use the Close-the-Loop feature to highlight outstanding orders, including referrals, and then associate patient records with outstanding orders to mark them as fulfilled.

## Patient alerts

### Is there a way to flag charts where patients have the same exact name?

You can use the Patient Tags feature and add a tag to the patient's chart (ie 'Same Name') to flag charts where patients have the same exact name.

### How do I add reminders or alerts in patient charts?

You can use the post-date feature in Office Messages to create reminders or alerts in the patient chart.
