## Elation EHR

### Fax Outbox Released to Workspace Customers

Elation's Fax Outbox feature has been released to Workspace-enabled practices. Now, faxes are viewable in the Fax Outbox for the Workspace from which they were created. In Practice View, faxes from all Workspaces remain visible. For more information, see [Fax Outbox](/articles/fax-outbox).

## Developer Platform

### Elation Billing Data Fully Available in the Hosted Database

With the addition of six new Elation Billing tables, all Elation Billing data is now available in the Hosted Database (HDB). The most recent new tables are listed below:

* `elation_billing_user`: Billers and staff with role, contact details, and last login
* `claim_queue`: Claims queued for clearinghouse submission, with biller and timestamp
* `charge_dx`: Diagnosis codes per charge line in claim order
* `payer_address`: Mailing addresses per payer for paper claim runs
* `claim_note`: Notes on claims with author and timestamp history
* `payment_note`: Notes on payments with author

All Elation Billing data can now be queried through the HDB, allowing practices to follow a claim through its entire lifecycle — from initial charge to payment — enabling full revenue cycle and billing workflow insights. For more information, see [August 2026 Changelog](/articles/hdb/2026-08-31).
